*We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods (including sale) deliveries may take a little longer. Occasionally tech updates to our systems or force majeure events, such as extreme weather conditions, will mean that these delivery services aren’t available, or that order cut-off times need amending and/or delivery times need to be extended. However, we will always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum. Kilo Jewels cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.

**We may not be able to ship to all countries only that available by Canada Post, shipping fees may change depending on the nature of the order.

Domestic Shipping

All orders that are shipped within Canada should be received within 7-10 business days after processing. Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Unfortunately, shipping to APO/FPO & P.O. Boxes is not available.

Shipping outside of Canada

For orders shipped outside of Canada, the billing and shipping address must be the same. Shipping will be provided via the most suitable carrier dependent on size and weight of the order. Please use a valid street address, as we cannot ship to PO or APO boxes. Please note that all order modifications cannot be made after the order has been placed. International orders are not guaranteed to ship the next business day because additional verification is often necessary. Please allow up to 20 business days for delivery. Any delay at customs, once the parcel has reached the destination country, is out of our control.

Customs Duties and Other Fees

Please note that shipping charges do not include taxes or duty. The customer is solely responsible for any customs, duties, foreign taxes, or other fees that his/her country may impose. In order to comply with export regulations, we are required by the Canadian law to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise." Declaring less than the true value is both a violation of Canadian law and the laws of most other countries. In addition, we could lose the right to export to your country should it ever be discovered that we were misrepresenting the value. Because we are a retailer, we are prohibited by law from marking your order as "gift", even if the order is intended as a gift by its recipient. Call your local customs office for details about these charges.

When you have placed an order and after the order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number via email.
